There is a popular scam that is used to not pay tax if you are a large company, it involves using the employees tax exemption, if you work in H.R. you know about it otherwise people are none the wiser.

There are 1.6 million commercial laws minimum depending on what country you reside in there may be over 2 million commercial laws that may be applied.
