But this disrupts the TENA architecture and the coded battlespace for situational awareness gathering from off-the-shelf forum assets, so please do consider that the Patriot Act allows everyone to be jailed for responses REGARDLESS if it is a bot which made you reply, or a real human, the judge will not ask I am sure.

And since all these forums promote blindness between the other sites on the internet, then it proves the point, because only THEY IN COMMAND are meant to know real data from fake, and that is the point.

In the end, when this all rolls up into the DoD, they will have some colonels somewhere who have to explain to some ill-informed Senate comittee how they didn't know the Internet was being used to game people, blah blah. When it all comes out, it will eventually, in the future, be resolved to fatally flawed understanding of the concept of "defending ones nation". If that axiomatic premise is wrong, then all that proceeds from it will be similarly flawed. You do not promote defense of the nation by seeing it citizens as gamepieces to be moved or played off of. We the people, are who breathe life into the forums, not the programmers who game the content.

It really is disturbing that the Air Force would deem it appropriate to attack (what else would you call ten sock-puppets per person) free speech websites. I'm sure there must be a law against that, especially if the website has U.S. citizens participating in them (no offense Galaxy). And as someone just mentioned, destroying any evidence of crime is also a crime, so they are doubly compromised.

Anyway, how can we tell if someone is a sock puppet? I have my suspicions on certain members who always respond with very short answers (almost as if from stock) and if they do post, their posts are super short and almost irrelevant. I could be totally wrong, so I will never name names.

I do have some question, and I think they are pretty important. If it is illegal for someone in the U.S. to do certain acts against American citizens, would it be O.K. if someone from the U.K did that as a proxy? and vice-versa? If it was illegal in both countries, would they ask a third country to do it for them? Makes you think.

All I know is that if you document an infection from a site very carefully, and show that it was intentional with intent to harm (no matter the reason) there IS a legal case against them.

There are about 20 documented cases now. Things are closing in on him pretty fast.
