The true Tea Party can't be bought. People can buy ads, saying they are the Tea Party, but that doesn't make them the Tea Party. The true Tea Partier is still very much alive. As long as we have free speech, and the internet, talk radio, and town halls as our means of free speech, the People are still in control.

I did not know that. Apparently Gary Johnson wasn't popular enough for me realize that. My point, I believe is still a valid one. Gary Johnson would still divert votes from Romney, the more likely winner.

Yeah, and not one those people got elected. The clowns running the Tea Party are republicans. That was a one election cycle deal that a few of these shills would be elected as some kind of bogus caucus to make it appear like a third party exists, when it is a far more militant version of the GOP and wanted to not discuss anything and filibuster everything unless it was their agenda specifically. The healthcare bill was completely mangled and turned into the hated system that will be put into effect because of these republican dopplegangers.

I think it's time for the Tea party people to move on. Start something else because that sinking ship has been infested with GOP rats that run the entire thing now. They either sold out or were too stupid to get together and run the thing legitimately. When anyone with a million bucks can outnumber any one of the 12 different organizations claiming the title, you are out of business. And you lose.

Gary Johnson is a POS.
Not only did he run for the republican party persidential slot and fail so miserably he dropped out but just recently as the Libertarian candidate he declined the invitation from Democracy Now! for their "expand the debate" debate. Both Dr Jill Stein GP and Rocky Anderson JP were there but GJ declined. The party jumping POS GJ must think he is too good to be seen amongst the third party candidates and missed a great opportunity to get free esposure for the campaign.
