In my experience...most people are actually the same. Sure there are variations but if I can look at someone for 5 seconds (or maybe a little longer) and determine their personalty, beliefs, and defects (to check for weaknesses) in that time then either a)I'm psychic (I'm not), or b)most people fit into a box.

I know whether I will like someone, if they are trustworthy, etc, within the first time meeting them...
But say that person is a girl from a sorority... and comes from money... white chick from Chicago, and I write her off because of the above generalization alone (not talking about vibes I get from her), I won't learn that she is actually a chill girl that I could hang out with, is non-judgemental, and makes AMAZING art while smoking pot and listening to pink floyd... if I put her in a box with all the rest that fit her description.
Society would dictate that a chick like me, from the "wrong side of the tracks" with piercings and tattoos and non-designer clothes shouldn't get along with her

Picking up on someone's vibrations is different.
You could have passed over some truly great people, experiences, knowledge and memories...
