As the dark of night engulfed the star,
Consuming the light which shone from afar,
The lizard prince cursed and spat,
Donned his cloak and donned his hat,
For there was work to do, trouble brewed,
That meddlesome beast with strength renewed,
Was again in the land with evil in his heart,
O pesky man canst thou forever depart.

The cold wind blew as he traipsed the land,
In search of this beast with hopes so grand,
To topple his reign and seize command,
What devilish deeds this creature had planned!
But though he was many, he would ne'er succeed,
For the lizard prince was ruled by greed.
His mind twas cunning, honed sharp as steel,
he'd crush this creature's fervent zeal.
