montauk is the air force. It is a radar station. The time experiments went on in a secret room. They used the chair that the germans found in the black forest in the 30s. I had a friend who's father was in charge of base security there. He was kind of dingy..my friend, that is.
I had another friend, who's father was on the dock in Philadelphia when the Elderidge made its big time jump.
He said his dad was messed up for life, because of that.
