Shakespeare invented words, so why can't I? These haarp produced clouds are not in the atlases, etc., because its not PC to talk about them yet.
So, therefore, they don't have the official PC, sheeple loving names, that you need, for them yet.
Even before the clouds that look like chevrons on a sailor's uniform, there were clouds that came out from the transmitter like spokes on a bicycle wheel, I called those, 'cloud radials', they stopped about 1987, or so.
I've been watching the progression of these weapons since 1975, or so.
The haarpists come up with a new generation of weather weapontry every year or so.
For the very few that may be watching them, you'll notice that the latest chevrons have a sort of 'S' to them.
That's a mark of a new generation of weather weapon.
