It is interesting eh? Some of the articles I was reading this morning while making the thread showed that play allows us to open up to more options when dealing with new and unknown experiences.

So obviously, these two make the decision to be friends rather than enemies. Both were in the right frame of mind for it. Which means neither were hungry, agitated by circumstances, or fearful.

yeah, and the dog was tethered, so you'd think he would've felt more vunerable and threatened.

but he didn't!

I thought about that too! But maybe that's our own human response to it....the being vulnerable because of the tether.
