Same is said we must do when eating food, for example blessing, giving thanks for the food, rises and cleans the food of any low vibration that was to harm you.

All is energy. All is vibration. All happens first in the "energetic body" and then reflects on the physical. A child in my family was vaccinated and I thought of protecting her in light. She is fine.
