Your optimism is compelling but it is also quite useless. The brainwashing and dumbing down of our society is complete. There is no way to undo what has been done. And there is no turning back at this point. I wish there was a way, believe me. But our society is a lost cause. Call me a defeatist if you want, I prefer realism. The truth is we are f*cked.

Yes, the world has become one big Fear Farm.

TPTB whole MO is divide and conquer. Make us fear them, fear each other, fear the unknown, fear death, fear life. And it's become quite apparant they even make most fear Love itself. Pliable little animals, we.

So they plant the seed and water the seed. Apparantly, we are the perfect medium for farming fear.

"Love" is dependent on neurochemicals.

If you're malnourished, disconnected, ignorant. if you're unhealthy, sick, etc. it's hard to love.

The real "love" which is realizing you are one with the AllOne, well.. I'm not sure but one's degree of connectivity may also be dependent on neurochemicals.

You can't just tell a person to stop being afraid. If the person is constantly pumping adrenaline, and not enough cortisol, or too much, etc.

Alls I'm saying is that it can be difficult.

I know this so well. I grew up poor.....and everything I ate and breathed made me irritable to my family, to everyone around me.

That is why I am sorry, my heart goes out, to everyone who has been f*cked over time and time again...

Welll... you can see, that yes our thoughts have much to do with our reality and how we create it. It starts in thought Obviously.. but if our external world is crumbling without anyway for our thoughts to really do much about it then we have lost.

All is connected. Isn't that what you would say?

Why is it that then you might deny then that we are connected if everything is dysfunctional?

It is difficult. But there are ways.... EVERYONE can achieve healthy ways of dealing with fear.

Your fear mechanism (the reptile brain) is GOOD. You survived to this day, you and peoples, because of that mechanism. But you need to distinguish when are the appropriate times to be afraid, and when it is detrimental.
