RE: Holy Grail
Very interesting that indeed that you bring that up friend, as I had last read that the Holy Grail was not actually a crunk cup, but was actually a reference to the female womb. For within the holy grail is encompassed the miracle of creation. Of course that all ties in with the whole vatican cover-up that Mary was Jesus's wife and that the holy trinity is really father mother son, not holy ghost. But to me this all fits perfectly. Amazing!

According to Herbert Armstrong in the book "The United States and Britain in Prophecy," a jewish princess went to Ireland where she founded a line of Davidic kings. The Holy Grail maybe a Holy Bloodline... interesting stuff.

But with the facts of biblical history and prophecy in mind, one can easily sift out the legend from the true history in studying ancient Irish annals. Throwing out that which is obviously legendary, we glean from various histories of Ireland the following: Long prior to 700 B.C. a strong colony called "Tuatha de Danaan" (tribe of Dan) arrived in ships, drove out other tribes, and settled there. Later, in the days of David, a colony of the line of Zarah arrived in Ireland from the Near East.

"Then, in 569 B.C. (date of Jeremiah's transplanting), an elderly, white-haired patriarch, sometimes referred to as a "saint," came to Ireland. With him was the princess daughter of an eastern king and a companion called "Simon Brach," spelled in different histories as Breck, Berech, Brach, or Berach. The princess had a Hebrew name Tephi -- a pet name -- her full name being TEA-TEPHI.

"Modern literature of those who recognize our national identity has confused this Tea-Tephi, a daughter of Zedekiah, with an earlier Tea, a daughter of Ith, who lived in the days of David.

"This royal party included the son of the king of Ireland who had been in Jerusalem at the time of the siege. There he had become acquainted with Tea-Tephi. He married her shortly after 585 -- when the city fell. Their young son, now about 12 years of age, accompanied them to Ireland. Besides the royal family, Jeremiah brought with them some remarkable things, including a harp, AN ARK, and a wonderful STONE CALLED "LIA-FAIL," or "STONE OF DESTINY."

"....many kings in the history of Ireland, Scotland, and England have been coronated over this stone -- including the present queen. The stone rests today in Westminster Abbey in London, and the coronation chair is built over and around it. A sign beside it labels it "Jacob's pillar-stone" (Gen. 28:18).

"The royal husband of the Hebrew princess Tea was given the TITLE HERREMON upon ascending the throne of his father. This Herremon has usually been confused with a much earlier Gede the Herremon in David's day -- who married his uncle Ith's daughter Tea. The son of this later king Herremon and Hebrew princess continued on the throne of Ireland and THIS SAME DYNASTY CONTINUED UNBROKEN through all the kings of Ireland; was OVERTURNED and transplanted again in Scotland; again OVERTURNED and moved to London, England, where this same dynasty continues today in the reign of Queen Elizabeth II

RE: Holy Grail
Joseph of Arimathea supposedly was a Sanhedrin. There are legends that he was wealthy and even owned tin mines and a shipping fleet.

Quote:The Sanhedrin
By Shira Schoenberg

The ancient Jewish court system was called the Sanhedrin. The Great Sanhedrin was the supreme religious body in the Land of Israel during the time of the Holy Temple. There were also smaller religious Sanhedrins in every town in the Land of Israel, as well as a civil political-democratic Sanhedrin. These Sanhedrins existed until the abolishment of the rabbinic patriarchate in about 425 C.E.

The earliest record of a Sanhedrin is by Josephus who wrote of a political Sanhedrin convened by the Romans in 57 B.C.E. Hellenistic sources generally depict the Sanhedrin as a political and judicial council headed by the country’s ruler.

http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsou...edrin.html

There are several Legends about Joseph. Notice the underlined text below.

Quote:The legends of Joseph of Arimathea.

But there's much more to Joseph of Arimathea than is found in the gospels. A whole host of other stories have grown up around him...

He was the first person to bring Christianity to Britain, having been sent with other disciples by St Philip

He built Britain's first church (some say this was actually the first church in the world)

He was Mary's uncle, and thus Jesus' great-uncle

He was a merchant who visited England to buy Cornish tin

He took Jesus with him to England when Jesus was a teenager (local legends say that among the places they visited were St Just in Roseland and St Michael's Mount)

He brought to England two vials containing the blood and sweat of Jesus (or two vials containing the sweat of Jesus)

He brought the Holy Grail to England and hid it in a well at Glastonbury, now called the Chalice Well

http://www.bbc.co.uk/thepassion/articles...thea.shtml

The video below is by Van Morrison in which he sings about Jesus walking by Avalon another name for Glastonbury.

Quote:Joseph visited England with the young Jesus

One of the abiding legends of early English Christianity is that Joseph of Arimathea visited the West Country of England with the teenage Jesus. Both Somerset and Cornwall claim to have been visited by Joseph and Jesus.

The contemporary troubadour Van Morrison has put the legend to music in his song Summertime in England...

...Won't you meet me down by Avalon
In the summertime in England
In the Church of St. John...
Did you ever hear about Jesus walkin'
Jesus walkin' down by Avalon?

Van Morrison, Summertime In England, from the album Common One
The name 'Avalon' refers to Glastonbury, and Glastonbury parish church is dedicated to St John.

St. Just in Roseland and St. Michael's Mount in Falmouth, Cornwall, England is where the legend says Joseph took Jesus when he was a teenager. Notice the name Roseland which is similar to Rosslyn (Chapel), or Rose Line, in Scotland where the Knights Templar might have fled during their persecution by the King of France. Also, notice how close to the Ley Line intersection the place is.

GoogleEarth image of Falmouth. Notice Ireland is to the northwest and France is to the south.

RE: Holy Grail
Notice where King Arthur's tomb is supposed to be. Apparently, legend says Joseph was a very powerful man that converted 18,000 people to Christianity in one day. If this is true, I wonder how he did that? Did he use the Holy Grail for this purpose?

Quote:The legend of the Glastonbury Thorn

The Glastonbury Thorn (Crataegus monogyna 'Biflora') is a variety of hawthorn that flowers twice a year in winter and spring - or, given suitable conditions, at Christmas and Easter.

The legend states that Joseph of Arimathea became a missionary after the death of Jesus and was eventually sent to England to preach the Gospel. He took with him the Holy Grail, and his pilgrim's staff.

After landing in England he made his way to Glastonbury. When he stuck his pilgrim's staff in the ground at Wearyall Hill it overnight turned into a flowering thorn tree.

In time Joseph converted thousands to Christianity, including, it is said, 18,000 in a single day at the town of Wells. He also converted Ethelbert, the local king.

Joseph went on to found Glastonbury Abbey.

He became so well-known and admired that when he died at the age of 86, his body was carried by six kings in the funeral procession.

The Glastonbury Thorn is said to flower on Christmas Day every year, and blossom from the plant in the churchyard of St John's Church Glastonbury is said to be used to decorate the Christmas breakfast table of the Queen each year.

St John's Church has a stained glass window commemorating Joseph of Arimathea.

Video of archaeologists trying to locate the tomb of Joseph of Arimathea. If someone were to find his tomb and remains, it is possible DNA evidence can be used to locate descendants of Jesus if they were related.

RE: Holy Grail
Sir Galahad is mentioned in a song named Tin Man by a group named America. Joseph of Arimathea supposedly owned tin mines. In the song, the author of the song, mentions Sir Galahad which was a knight of King Arthur's Round Table and a son of Lancelot.

Quote:Sir Galahad ( /ˈɡæləhæd/; Middle Welsh: Gwalchavad, sometimes referred to as Galeas (/ɡəˈliːəs/) or Galath (/ˈɡæləθ/), in Arthurian legend, is a knight of King Arthur's Round Table and one of the three achievers of the Holy Grail. He is the illegitimate son of Lancelot and Elaine of Corbenic, and is renowned for his gallantry and purity. Emerging quite late in the medieval Arthurian tradition, he is perhaps the knightly embodiment of Jesus in the Arthurian legends. Sir Galahad first appears in the Lancelot–Grail cycle, and his story is taken up in later works such as the Post-Vulgate Cycle and Sir Thomas Malory's Le Morte d'Arthur.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galahad

Quote:Lyrics:

Sometimes late when things are real And people share the gift of gab between themselves Some are quick to take the bait And catch the perfect prize that waits among the shelves But Oz never did give nothing to the Tin Man That he didn't, didn't already have And Cause never was the reason for the evening Or the tropic of Sir Galahad. So please believe in me When I say I'm spinning round, round, round, round Smoke glass stain bright color Image going down, down, down, down Soapsuds green like bubbles Oh, Oz never did give nothing to the Tin Man That he didn't, didn't already have And Cause never was the reason for the evening Or the tropic of Sir Galahad So please believe in me When I say I'm spinning round, round, round, round Smoke glass stain bright color Image going down, down, down, down Soapsuds green like bubbles No, Oz never did give nothing to the Tin Man That he didn't, didn't already have And Cause never was the reason for the evening Or the tropic of Sir Galahad So please believe in me.
