Hi everyone.

I know a lot of people out there are skeptical about self healing or spiritual healing, but I came across a scientific view only just a few moments ago, and thought I would share it.

It is quite hard to teach people how to self heal, but I know myself that it works, as I have been doing this for quite some time. And I believe many others have as well, but as I said, it's quite hard to teach, especially if you are skeptical. Because in the end, its up to the individual to believe enough that it really does work. It's like the old saying "practice makes perfect"

Self healing does not reprogram your genes, if you reprogram your genes you would create a different body. Self healing is more like a boost to the natural process of healing.

Interesting... It follows the line of thinking of the Trinity I think... the 3... If you can get MIND , SOUL and Spirit to agree ( Spirits will) then you can manifest all sorts..

We are spirit beings who posses a soul who inhabit a physical body. We rely on the 5 senses to navigate the physical realm while we are here.. its survival... ie .. if you SEE a car you move... but your soul is your mind and emotions.. but we're are actually a Spirit Being...therefore.. while in this realm , if you can get the Trinity to agree you can do anything... maybe.. 1dunno1

There is one other thing I would like to add to this.

It is quite hard not to become sick all the time, I have not been sick for nearly 17 years. But to do this I need to keep my mind in a positive state for at least 90% of the time, everyday. This is easier said than done, especially with negativity being thrown at us from every direction. I have had to remove T.V from my life, as it is one of the biggest problems of all.

Second comes most people.

The trick I use is simply letting no one put negativity into my mind. And again, easier said than done. It takes a lot to master, but is well worth it in the end to learn.

Some of you may understand now why negativity is thrown around so much?

It makes big money for the pharmaceuticals. The more negativity, the more drugs people have to take to remove the negative infections that your bodies will create if we allow it to enter the mind. This is one reason why tribal people do not hardly ever get sick until white man comes along bringing there sickness with them. Tribal people are extremely happy people 90 to 100% of the time.
