Seriously folks. I have been so used to Police pretty much being soldiers I can't even think back to a time when they were a positive part of the community. What brought this point to my attention was listening to this interview between KRS-One and AJ. Now I have fallen off of the AJ train the last couple of years as he just seems to be parroting fear messages just like MSM. But KRS always has profound things to say, and this point was one of them.

Police Officers are supposed to be Officers of the Peace, not LEO (Law Enforcement Officers). So they use violence to keep order, but do they honestly maintain create or enhance real peace? Pretty sure the dude punching the skater in the face all over the web is your answer there.

But I gotta say, in light of the recent KRS post of his great motivational piece (thanks Astrochik!) I am dredging this up as his words are still very relevant, even though this came from early 2009. Actually he has some pretty introspective comments on Barack running for president, and it is so refreshing to see that he is not just blindly supporting him because he is black. He even said it right in the interview, just because the NWO dons a black face, does not mean that they won't just be continuing the Bush agenda.

Great Stuff! So one thing, I saw the interview first with KRS but you can't really hear Alex (guess it was a webcam kinda thing) but then I found these other vids that AJ recorded on his show. Listening to it now to see if it is the same interview (pretty sure it as) so I will give you all the vids so you can hear from both perspectives. Really great stuff in here! Sorry folks couldn't find the transcript but if I have to I will sit down and do it myself tonight when I get home.

Only if you read the thread before trolling it. Said before and I will say it again, f*ck ALEX JONES LISTEN TO KRS. He is the one speaking powerful truths here. Alex just happens to have a decent set of questions to ask. Probably because he is interviewing instead of standing on his soapbox. But trust me this is the only AJ vids you will ever see me post unless the dude really turns his shit around.

Personally, I am not a huge fan of KRS's sound. His beats are typical NY beat box, his rhymes are not very tight. But just the same, he has a better message than most slick artists out there.

I got to see the man speak live, spoke with him, even got his autograph on my notebook at college. Brilliant man, inspiring, and even reeks of a happy positive vibe despite his subject-matter.

He is sort of like Rage Against the Machin I guess you could say. I don't like their music either, but I love what they stand for.

Good enough for me! I do happen to like his music, but I like a lot of music most don't so that's OK with me. But if you listened, really listened to what he said, then I feel like I helped share some good wisdom. Thanks!
