I will give you this advice in steps.

1) Buy an old junk cooking pot from the thrift store.
2) Acquire some lead. Perhaps you can find some old pipes, fishing weights, maybe pick some up from the local salvage yard.
3) Encase your smart meter in a few layers of aluminum foil.
4) Melt your lead in a fire over your barbecue grill until it is completely liquid.
5) VERY VERY carefully pour your molten lead over the aluminum foil in small slow amounts until it is completely encased.
6) When later questioned: deny, deny, deny!
7) When they replace the smart meter, repeat steps 1-6.

Just wrap it in alu-foil AND ground it suffices.

In the beginning there was nothing...and even that exploded..

Unplug from their grid, have them take it off when you close your account.

Bad advice. You can rf shield it without damaging or altering their property. The advice you give here is criminal.

Besides that, molten lead won't stick on alu foil, so it is technically incorrect too.

In the beginning there was nothing...and even that exploded..

I wish..

If society fell apart, we - the people would build a new one. Most people are good at their core, and when we see things that are wrong we work to fix them together. Make friends with your neighbors, get involved with your community - because we will rebuild our lives, our communities, from horrible circumstances we always will.

Someone broke into your property? What b.s. I do feel entitled to call you a cheat though and an intellectually dishonest person as well.
