Hugo Chávez is dead... Cnn Chile Reporting...
freebyrd Wrote:to bad,
i suppose most will demonize him as a demigod and a tyrant.
and who knows how much of that is/was true or propaganda
but i think some small part of his essence at least was driven because he was a nationalist who cared about his country,
i wonder if we have maneuvered a more favorable puppet into position to take his place?
I don't believe it's US doing the maneuvering... We're just the security branch of the operation, by having our military at the beck and call of the PTB, call them what you will...
Someone WAY over Presidents or Prime Ministers calls the shots in this world, not so much the USA anymore.
Fill in your own blank.

Hugo Chávez is dead... Cnn Chile Reporting...
I don't think his death has been confirmed, and if he is is dead, it's a real shame. He did more good for more people than any US president has done in a very long time. He even donated heating oil to Americans when their government would have let them freeze. I don't agree with everything he's done, but he's not the monster the MSM or our government has made him out to be...
Quote: On Wednesday night, one of the more obscure outposts of the CNN empire reported that Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez had died, citing a pretty sketchy Panamanian source named Guillermo Cochez. CNN Chile reported quite bluntly: "Hugo Chávez is dead." The news itself, if true, is not unbelievable. The once bombastic politician has been struggling with cancer for sometime now and has largely been out of the public eye for months. Chávez couldn't even make it to his own inauguration. Less than a week ago the Venezuelan government broke the bad news that Chávez was not improving. The 58-year-old has been having breathing problems after returning from Cuba, where he's been receiving medial treatment there, for the third time. Chavez is really sick, and everybody knows it.
But Guillermo Cochez is also arguably a conspiracy theorist. Earlier on Wednesday, Cochez — and only Chochez — reported that Chávez had been brain dead since December 30. Cochez said that Chávez was being kept on life support and later, citing sources within the Venezuelan government, added that his daughters had finally decided to pull the plug. Assuming the best for President Chávez's health, it sort of sounds like Cochez is just trolling the Venezuelans. "I challenge the Venezuelan government to prove me wrong, and to present President Chávez so that it's known whether what I say is the truth or a lie," Cochez told CNN Chile. (Forgive the choppy Spanish translation; it's been a while since college.) So do we believe the guy who's daring the Venezuelan government to prove him wrong?
This photo apparently showing Chávez reading a newspaper from February 14 would suggest otherwise. There's the Bolivarian leader lying in bed smiling with his two daughters at his side. Of course, it's not that hard to Photoshop a new newspaper onto an old photo of Chávez, and the Venezuelan government is not entirely unexperienced with propaganda. But again, that leads us into conspiracy theory territory. Furthermore, this is hardly the first time a rumor about Chávez's death has made its way around the web.

We need people who is not a follower of money and greed over human beings. Those are rare and worth saving and keeping.
Are you retarded? He arrests political dissidents and homosexuals. Not greedy for money?? He's the richest f*cking person in Venezuela. What next, was Mao a great guy, because he wasn't greedy? Are you people sniffing Drain'o?
OF COURSE HE WAS GREEDY, you dick head. He's a f*cking power mad freak who stole all business opportunity from his people and placed it in the hands of the state.

RIP.
Is that true?
How about his alliance with Islam, and what Chavez said about their plan to destroy the dollar and America with it? Do you remember when he said it? 2009.

Do you realize that YOUR government and NATO is funding and arming Muslim Extremists in Syria to destroy a United and Multi-cultural Syria and replace it with pro-Muslim fascism? The Communists are against the Muslim extremists. And they always have been.

It was the exact same thing with Ghaddafi in Libya. I can remember reading an article in Civil Engineering magazine years ago where I learned of what he did for his country, the large underground freshwater transmission mains. It was one-of-a-kind in Saharan Africa. I believe they went so far as to call it a "wonder of the world" kind of thing.
I'm sure he did some bad things too, no leader in this world is immune. But again... I highly doubt he was the "monster" the attempted brainwashing tried to make us think. It was about his currency. Always follow the money.

I used to live in Caracas when I was a boy,we had just sold our boat and as soon as we did they tried to shoot the( 1988 president cant recall) president out of the sky as he's plane came in to land, martial law ensued, all supermarkets sold out of everything and a curfew was declared, just about got out of there.dangerous place at the best of times, when the shtf its a crazy place to be! I hope there isnt a power struggle if this is true, its a hard place.to get by.for the people when things are good,be under no illusions that its a nice place for the average joe there, one of the most dangerous places I have ever lived.

As always, you miss the point.
