I sat at a table, yesterday, where people were singing Happy Birthday with candles and all... towards the end, people got excited, happy, laughing and squeeky (voices) but I just sat there wondering what the turd was going on in their brains that caused them to behave in such manners. It was then when I thought maybe my soul was dead. After much reflection, I really think it is.

I used to be a lost soul and then I was "found" with the Jesus. But I got heavily involved and pastors are just all sorts of evil. I carried my cross and accepted it when they picked on me and eventually turned all my church friends into enemies. I think they played a large roll in killing my soul. Their spiritual/emotional/mental terrorism put me in a mental institution for a time, but that is long past... now my soul is just dead.

What to do?

You mean you've surpassed human emotion, don't know if you can label that as soul.

It's called narcissism and apathy. It's okay. Surrender all your selfish feelings and desires and go to people who are suffering and genuinely listen to them and comfort them as though you really loved and cared for them. There are plenty around you I'm sure - we live in tough times. A few weeks of this and you will be on the road to healing.

Then one of them will hurt your feelings and let you down. Now, that's not a good thing and it will set you back (it will only set you back as much as you let it, however), but it will remind you that you have feelings and that your soul is indeed alive.

Thanks for the feedback. Part of the reason I think it's dead, though, is because praying just isn't the same as it used to be; it's like I'm just talking to myself. There's nothing there, and there's been nothing there for a long time. I'd need a soul to commune with the Source, right?

..........go camping alone for 3 or 4 days....bring all the comforts, best food, good wine ...... get up at dawn and watch the sunrise, try to feel apreciation for life......message me if you need anything !!!.....
