When we first got married, it was okay. He was real popular and strong and he had a bright future. We have two kids, a girl and a boy. But after more than 15 years, he has turned into a lump. He is fat, Bald, has no ambition, and lays around on the couch every chance he gets, eating chips and drinking. It is disgusting.

My girlfriends have all moved to different cities and they have great lives...I know, Ive spent weekends with them.

I cant stand coming home to his laziness and beer drinking. I am going to leave him and move. Start my life over meeting more interesting, ambitious about life, men!

I am worried about the kids, but I think they are old enough to understand. I need a divorce lawyer. I think he should be paying some kind of child support. And I need some good advice from women(or men) who have gone through the same thing. Not normal advice. The real deal, like on these conspiracy sites!! It seems people are more honest....

Guess you shouldn't have gotten married then. Too bad for the kids that you are selfish, and only care about yourself.

Back in the old days, people didn't get divorced, mothers worried about their child's lives more than their own.

I suppose you don't care that you are going to cause a lot of pain for your children, and that every study shows that children with divorced parents are much more likely to not graduate, go to prison, and a host of other problems.

that is a concern of mine. But, at this point. I think by the very fact i will be getting them away from the small dying town, will far outweigh anything else.

I can already see them taking the same path I did. Getting married young to the local "popular guy", then spending a lifetime justifying that choice....like I did. And the truth is, I have missed out on so much, and I am a less educated person for it. When i get around my girlfriends in the city, this becomes evident. It is like I have been playing house my whole life.

And for what? to come home to a beer drinking , chips eating, ape! He works as a mechanic and comes home dirty and stinky. it stinks up the whole house and i think it follows us everywhere we go....were like the greasemonkey family!!! its horrible.....

I am getting myself out of this mess while i still have time!! and my children will be better for it!!!
