Reception on it was horrible. I was hearing squeaks, squeels, screeches and data tones and a host of other noises. Now, I worked for the phone company for 17 years until they paid me too much and I gave up and retired. I still have many friends back there who worked for me. For the past two years I complained that they could not give me a decent line. Finally I had a friend go to the local switch office to see what the hell was wrong with my phone line.

He told me that there were three taps on it with papers attached showing who had ordered the tap. It appears that the FBI, Homeland Security and the CIA were all tapping my phone.

The three taps created so much interference on the phone line that I could not use it, so I wrote to all three and asked them to combine their efforts and just tap the line once and from that tap they could each copy all of my communication that they wanted. Not one of those corrupt fascist organizations even bothered to respond and offer an attempt at compromise.

It appears that they think I am some sort of international assassin or something because of my recent book.

The moral to the story is that it is not safe to write anything attacking the Republiscam filth who have set out to bankrupt our country. The Republiscam filth effectively runs the FBI and the CIA and Homeland Security. All the more reason to pick up your guns, guys. I do not trust the current government at all.

totally calling BS on this as clearly you have had nothing to do with modern telco's.

Everything changed mid 2000's away from ATM backbones to a gig+ VOIP backbone. OC-192 just couldn't cope with the load.

And as part of the switch, it's all nice TCP/IP in the backend (AT&T MPLS & Friends) and yes, it's just all easily and transparently copied in the backhaul.

There is no traditional telco equipment left, and by the way ALL of your phone calls are recorded, did you not get the trapwire memo?

Sorry bub, your story is 100% bullshit, but like the broken watch you managed to get something right.

YOU ARE BEING WATCHED.
You low IQ piece of shit. Do your lie like that all of the time? Are you often confused by simple circuitry? My land line runs back to the local switching office. It has been wired there for the past 35 years. Originally, it was connected to a mechanical switching array. About 22 years ago that mechanical switching array was replaced with modern equipment.

In the Switching Office it comes in on the same multiconductor cable and then it connects to a port of an Electronic switch. I have been inside the switching office many times in the past and I know right were the cable is. Taps can still be physically put on the phone line before it runs into the switch.

You can lie like hell and claim that we do not use switches in local offices, but all that makes you is a proven liar, because they are all still there and still functioning. Damn, you are stupid!

Actually, You are correct. Today's' tapping of a phone call through TCP/IP is easily done through a mirrored copy of the conversation, so you would never know someone is on the line.

bingo, they don't do old school taps anymore as the backhaul isn't TDM nor has it been in like forever. Even the 3rd world went to all cellphones because again its all about the back haul.

Also if anyone in any branch office were to disclose there was any taps on the line, they'd be in a direct violation of the patriot act, and now could be subject to some real shit felony/military justice wise.

Not to mention people in the LEC's don't do taps anyways it's all done in the cloud.

Gramps is just spouting ancient shit, for fear.

he just accidentally got one thing right in that all phone calls are recorded.

RE: I finally had to get rid of my land line phone.
A few years back I saw a nondescript white truck with two men in it. They had orange vests on. They were doing something with one of the poles that is two houses down from me. One of them turned around and took a picture of my home. (More then one person was on the front porch when this happened.)

Within a few days my phone went crazy. It started ringing. The phone numbers where from all over the country. At first it was slow so when I answered the people on the other end would say that I just called them and hung up. It was insane. It picked up so much that I was getting calls back every few minutes. Finally used the cell phone to call the cable company. The tech guy came out and we were standing in my living room with the only phone in the house unplugged and the guy on the other end of the tech's phone was telling him that my phone was dialing out. He said it was impossible. Apparently it wasn't. They had to disconnect the number and give me a new one.

Later they said that someone hacked my phone line. I didn't even know that was possible. It is a phone line that uses the cable box and through my internet.

I don't even know why someone or some place would want to tap or hack me in the first place.

cow RE: I finally had to get rid of my land line phone.
The phone peeps like to make crazy noises on my landline and when I discuss issues of grave importance, they cut the line as I talk into dead silence.

They did this one evening 5 times in a row with a phone conversation I was detailing on a subject they don't allow.

You are just a blatant lying sack of shit and that is all there is to it. We have copper running to the switch in our community. The houses were all built in the past 35 years and most of them are within a mile of the switch. It is not cost effective to go to TCPIP or anything else for the time being since the system works. When they start having problems with the copper runs, I am certain they will replace them. For years I managed the company business network for Pacific Bell. When I took it over it was x.25. We switched to T-1 Networks and when I retired at the end of 2000 at age 52, we were putting everything on a Newbridge ATM network. I know networks, and I know that there is still lots of copper in the ground that is being used for telephone service to the switches in our country. It wasn't all instantly replaced nationwide, dufus. In fact, there is still more copper to the houses than fiber. So go ahead and tell your lies. I know that you are a liar, and you know that you are a liar, and for the rest of the people it does not matter.

I fully expect that the occupy movement is infiltrated. I have never said otherwise. They are just angry people who know that it is corrupt as hell in America, but they are not focused on acts of violence. They are just protesting and possibly creating disturbances and difficulty for government.

When it is obvious that the occupy movement is not getting anywhere, it will dissolve, and individual pockets of violence will erupt.

My call is for a constitutional convention before that happens. I want to peacefully change America. Once we get the constitutional convention and a new government with clearly defined financial treason and a strong death penalty (ex post facto) I want to see all of the Republiscams arrested and quickly put to death for all of the millions of people they have murdered. I would prefer public hanging or firing squads so we can quickly get rid of the million or so Republiscams who have been pillaging and raping our country. The sooner we put all of those Bushes and other corrupt shitheads to death, the better it will be.

My house called 911 once.

Hurricane Ike took out our phone, so we just canceled the service and got rid of he phone.

Then the house called 911 doomed

The fire dept called Mr. Sunny on his cell and asked if there was a problem, and he said no, and he told us our house kept calling 911.

We had to get the phone co to come out and remove the line.

There is a possibility, though remote, that your old house line was crossed with another house line. They were trying to dial 911, but it was coming up on the Phone identification system (Called Premis at Pacific Bell) as your house not theirs. Hopefully nobody in the other house died. One way to stop that problem would be to remove all dial tone from your line, which they probably did when they physically removed it.

My company network that I managed for all of those years had all of the 911 links between the Emergency Reporting Centers and the Premis System so that phone numbers would immediately show up as a house address for the Fire Department dispatcher or the Police dispatcher. When the Premis system is down, and they can not get the numbers converted, they are supposed to have an old fashion reverse number telephone book available as that will work correctly 99 percent of the time. Only the newest numbers would not be in there.
