Google knows (guesses) what you are going to type because they save everything everybody types. They know you are like a parrot and when you say "what is..." that the rest of the sentence will be based on the same crap everybody else is talking about at the time or it will be based on something you inquired about in the past.

They know the exact percentage chance a word/phrase will show up following each preceding word/phrase and go with the percentages. If they really want to be evil they can factor in the myriad of information they've skimmed from your emails, data stored on their cloud, cookies showing your behavior on a million other sites which they maintain, etc.

I'm not sure about all of that, because op's search works for me too. So I don't think it's my personal past history. Both me and the op have different interests. I would be curious if someone could check mine that I posted... On top of all that, I don't thimk Jim henson is being widely talked about right now and he's been dead for years and I doubt he's gay because he's married with 5 children
