It truly astounds me that this level of ignorance is not only prevalent in today's world but that it's promoted and that clear fact is intentionally overlooked to support the fable story of Adam and Eve.

It is the close-mindedness of this kind of thinking that keeps humanity in the dark ages of being able to move past religious dogmas and come into a place of peaceful existence on this planet.

What will it take for you to wake up OP? Seriously?

you cannot prove that adam and eve did not exist can you?

until you do, don't call people that believe it Ignorant.

EVERY SINGLE CULTURE has a creation story and a "flood" story so it's clear that something happened DUH
I'm also quite certain that since the dawn of time there have been questions about origins
but for you and others to simply ignore solid evidence that this planet and its inhabitants are so much older than the 5-6000 year timeline in "The Bible" would indicate, is just sheer willful ignorance.

http://gobeklitepe.info/ HERE's a great place with info that might catapult you into some reality and out of your ignorance. This civilization is dated at roughly twelve thousand years ago, circa 10,000 BC!

Get a friggin grip already.

do you understand how dating methods work? do not place all of your faith in them.

RE: I think the iceman is CAIN, from the bible.
I recall reading a book about him when it first came out back in the 90's. Very interesting stuff.

But I don't think he was your Cain. Just a man.

But I should have unquestioning total faith in a daft book cobbled together over centuries by various self-interested people with an agenda of creating a control mechanism over their populace. A book that condones incest and murder and is so full of contradictions that it makes modern politicians look honest.

Just out of interest what is your understanding of scientific dating methods? Maybe if they are provably incorrect you should rethink your stance on the "iceman". He may only be 500years old!

It's been a long time since I read it, but they speculated that he was traveling between human communities through the mountains. He had quite a bag of supplies for the trip. The injury he sustained slowed him down, and weakened him and the storm stopped him.

Dunno. Could be. However, being first generation from Creation, it would seem to me that he would be "exceedingly fair". He doesn't look exceedingly fair to me.

It could be there hidden in the furrows of his wilted mummified skin.

the picture that i saw was the artists conception of what the iceman looked like. would they even know to look for a mark? doubtful.
