When you call customer service, we use a billing program called SAMSON/TELEGENCE which pulls all your "relevant" information up for the representative.

-Sattelite view of your billing address
-Sattelite view of your current location and distance from home.
--Issues at your location
-Accounting information
--Accounting issues
-Analysis of prior 3 months usage and suggestions for "savings"
-The type of handset in use
--Ongiong issues with the handset

This is where it gets a bit more interesting.

All technical support agents have a series of controls on the lower right hand corner that are specifically designated for LAW ENFORCEMENT only.

The controls are as follows:
-Power On Handset
-Record Microphone Audio
-Record Camera Snapshot
-Record 30sec Video
-Record 1min Video
-Record 5min Video

What I am saying is that even if your phone is off, we can turn it on and watch you.
These programs are based on CarrierIQ software, and run in the background. You will not have even noticed your phone being powered on.

ANY and ALL ENTRY-LEVEL agents have full access to this feature.
The monitoring side of the program is only to by used "at the request of law enforcement," and anyone caught accessing the features without authorization would be severely punished.

I just want to let all of you know that at anytime, anywhere in the world, we can listen, watch, and stream video (depending on the "G" connection)
In order to prevent this, you must REMOVE THE BATTERY.

The people that have access to this info are not law enforcement, or government officials trying to protect you.

The people who can listen and watch you are ENTRY-LEVEL non-college grads WORKING IN A TECHNICAL SUPPORT CALL CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE, NM

These uneducated people find hilarity in things like caputuring people's personal moments such as using the restroom etc.

I have known this information for years.
To date I have never owned a cellphone and never will.
I am a person of interest.

I can also tell you the same type of sub systems apply to satellite TV. I no longer have this as a service after being described over the net what I looked like and what I was wearing in my own home. The person that did this was a forum administrator.
I do not have a television any more.

The next thing to go will be my Internet.

I am nobody from nowhere but because of some offhand comments I made on a site I am a person of interest to several parties.

I RESIGNED AFTER FINDING OUT THAT MY PHONE WAS BEING TRACKED IF I CALLED IN SICK, AND I REFUSED TO SIGN CONFIDENTIALITY ABOUT THE MONITORING.
