In 5 million years, will our buildings still be here? Cars? Dinosaurs ruled the earth for hundreds of millions of years. People have only been the dominant speices for 100,000 years. I can imagine some future life form 5 million years from now, digging in the ground and finding a water bottle or something like that. If there is anything left by then.

It would be pretty hard for all of our stuff to completely disappear. Dinosaurs didn't make buildings everywhere like we have now.

Buildings? No, Cars? No... I think about this too, in 5 million year's either a new species is likely too develop but it's also possibly it will be of our own humanity that evolves into an advanced form? Whom they would already know where they came from hopefully

I think there will be some remains, but i doubt anything will still be standing though. Erosion will have destroyed them by then. Hardly anything from Ancient Greece and Rome still exists anymore.

Lol buildings will fall, our methods of construction are nothing compared to the elements and millions of year's. Car's will disintegrate also, everything will turn back to the earth.

It's called ceramic.

There will be plenty of toilet bowls left behind.

Pottery is found all the time.

The geographical region back then doesn't even make up up 1/10th of what we have now. That's what i am talking about. Think about every single continent now, it is immense now and it would leave it's mark. Although if we all died off, then there wouldn't be any human beings left anyways to see it, so a moot point.

Like asking if a gun went off in the woods an no human being was to hear it, did it go off?

Great legacy to leave behind.

Least future generations will know we was full of it.

Provided they can discern what it was actually for.

They may collect them and use them for punch bowls.

In that case, the jokes on them and we will be giggling in the after life.........
