RE: If you die unloved, where do you go?
Blessings on you annie, I'm praying for peace and comfort for you. HeartflowersHugs

This is the famous Rainbow Bridge poem:

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Author unknown...

I love the sequel too:

Rainbow Bridge: Sequel To The Original

Oh, when we get to Heaven
We hope that we will find
The souls that once we loved
Who left us all behind.

Some left us at the right time
They left this world in peace
Others left too sudden
Without the chance to say Goodbye,
They were gone before we had
The chance to even cry.

There's a special place for grownups
A special place for kids
Me? I'll be on the other side
The side called Rainbow Bridge.

Across the dark green meadow
A'top the hills I'll run
Where the colors from the rainbow
Glitter from the sun.

And there I'll find my sweetheart
Running fast toward me
In my arms where he belongs
for all eternity.

You are loved.
And death is not terrifying.
If you die in your sleep it's like waking up in another room.
If you die awake, it's like a brief stumble and you find yourself
in a similar place visually, with some differences.

You are clothed but not aware you might not have been,
or could not have been.

The first sensation (for me) was total lack of awareness of hot/cold.
Second was no weight to move around when you want to change
positions, walk, etc, and movement is possible you couldn't do alive.
Third is no pain, and astonishment at how much pain you were in that
you had been ignoring.
Then. . . a feeling of tremendous joy.
Then, you realize, oh and think 'this is dead???' Surprise, but
it makes you laugh.
Then you realize this has all been instantaneous but time no longer
matters.
Then you see others whom you might or might not recognize, who
will be family members who have passed on, coming to greet you.
Sometimes they are there when you pass over.
That's as far as I got, had to return.

When law is made meaningless for some, law becomes meaningless for all.

Worried about "dying unloved" try living unloved! As bad as things get in your life, you can always point at me and say "well...at least I didn't have to live what that guy had to live"...of course if you point at me I'll cut your finger off and make you eat it so maybe you should just say it to yourself.

You will arrive there in an enviroment where you feel comfortable, for some it might be places where there is not that much love because of their own lack of love, and for others it might be warm places of love and joy. You should know within where you would suit in best. Jhikpghf

RE: If you die unloved, where do you go?
You're not unloved. You're greatly loved by God and he is willing to offer you eternal life if you'll accept it. There's three possible places you could go, heaven, hell, and purgatory. The important thing now is just to let go of any hatred or sins that you still hold onto. Speak to Jesus from your heart, be sincere. No sin is greater than his mercy, we just need to humble ourselves and accept it, even if it's in our last moments.

RE: If you die unloved, where do you go?
I dont know you, but I love you :) So does god. You are NEVER unloved, never forget that. Anyone who tells you otherwise is trying to project their insecurity about their own lack of love onto you.

You will be fine.
