I'm not going to go into detail.

I'd like to simply lay the idea out there in it's minimalist form, and see what comes back.

Please answer as honestly as you can, considering this is a hypothetical question to you.

But reality is, this is not the case.
What typically happens is, we don't meet the preconceived standards of 'religious doctrine', and we often despise those who adhere to a dogma that locks people into a blind circuit that tends to be exactly the opposite of what they believe they are.

I've experienced this problem all of my life.
And as I've grown older, the tricks in my bag have gotten larger and more plentiful, and along with it, the fear that it creates in others has also increased.

People fear what they do not understand.

And when the religious leaders in an area don't understand how miracles work, then you must be satan. That's often the retort I get.

Because they are on their own high horse, built by their 'flock'.
They are used to being the final word in all matters, and when they encounter someone who does what they can not do, instead of exploring the hows and the whys...

Fear, Pride, and a handful of other personal flaws, take the forefront and the leaders attack what they do not understand.

The people underneath, see the attacks, thinking that the leaders understand the situation, and blindly do the same.

Several witch hunts have been started in this fashion.

But the last one was truly a pain. It lit the whole religious community on fire in this city.
Because one person, could not be honest.
And no one would bother to investigate the truth.

Because she was a woman, crying out for 'help'
But really, lying.
It doesn't help a 'pastor' to make a proper decision, if he is not allowed to see the full story.
In fact, the blindness only aids the darkness that would see all of humanity die.

I guess that you would need to define what "bend reality" means, in the sense that you're referring to the term. I can't vote until I understand what you mean.

well that's the problem i encountered with this poll

if i mentioned the sorts of things that were done then everyone's going to break down into a religious dispute or some other form of shit

so i just said bent reality, because in order to get the best results for this pole... that's what it appeared i did to 'skittles'

it started with pulling a headache out of her head, putting it back, and pulling it out again.
