No he is the Prince of Persia mentioned in the book of Daniel that I stand against. The prophecy tells you that Michael supported me in standing against him. It also mentions the Prince of Greece that came into the picture in 2010 before and after Michael died.

Did some reading up in the OT a few weeks ago. Seems Israel and Persia do not have any history prior to 1979 of conflicts. No doubt Cyrus was commissioned and blessed by YWH to look after Israel. Why is there a thriving Jewish population in Tehran and other cities if they are Islamo facist nazis dedicated to wiping out Jews from the face of the earth?

Persia had a huge influence on Jewish thought, like later Greek thought had a huge influence, and prior to that other local things like Egyptian and Akkadian and whatever else.
