I base all my predictions on Hasbro-related films. That being said, I don't think the shit will hit the fan in Chicago until Project Blue Beam/alien invasion is staged (and that may very well occur in mutiple cities).

Tactically mind you;

THE absolutely best position for maximum distribution of anything from a dirty nuke (set of triggers with no package) to a nuke, and or biologicals, would be at the very top of the Tower itself...

Maximum distribution of energy potential is able to be achieved because you never actually blow a weapon of such magnitude at ground level, it's maximum impact is with an "air burst" arrangement, equal to the hemispherical diameter of maximum impact range..

This then would require (if dirty or clean) a payload equal in distribution of energy to the height of the tower itself, to achieve maximum potential distribution (damage)...

Whats even a more scary thing about this type of scenario, is that if you mix weapons grade plutonium (around 10 to 20 pounds) in powder form, with that of a 50 to 100 gallon biological package, with a central and external concussion distribution design, you could end up with one of the most deadliest and absolutely lethal forms of death imaginable..

All this is possible from such an advantage of height, depends really on if they intend to do this, or not.. if not?.. then we dodged another bullet..

I think they better cordon of the building during this meeting, because "tactically" it's a hot spot for trouble if some nimrods try to pull another false flag...

I truly hope this is all BS.. but with the past history of our Government with corporate bed partners, doing things for the interests of themselves over the people.. It's "potentially" an issue.. that damn tower is just too tall, and too big an opportunity for another false flag to happen...
