If there was immigration of Arabs it was far less than the European and Russian Jews who moved there.

And I was talking about the current Palestinians. The ones in the occupied territories who hold sovereignty over the land.

there was a moratorium on Arabs moving to the Levant under Ottoman Rule because they had done the same thing to the Ottomans that they have done in Lebanon, Kuwait, Jordan and Israel. They don't have "sovereignty", they have a few "Historical Ties" and where they are the majority then call it theirs but open land where Arab squatters from Egypt or Iraq(like Arafat and his ancestral tribe) want to claim something they can suck it.

Admittedly Ramallah and Nablus are purely Arab and trying to set up shop on the outskirts of town must be considered intentionally provocative.

Immigration during the Ottoman empire or not, there can never be any justification for the wholesale destruction of villages, the ethnic cleansing, and the mass killings that forced 750,000 non-Jewish refugees to flee Palestine during 1947-48 to make way for a "Jewish State."

That being said, the only solution possible is the one-state solution.

One secular, non-race non-ethnic non-religious state in which every citizen has the same equal rights to live in any community they wish,

and every refugee and descendant of refugees is granted the right of return AND paid reparations, down to the last penny.

Every refugee must be given private lands that were stolen from their families. Period.

And Jerusalem must remain the eternal city of Christians, Jews, and Muslims, not Jews only.
