Truthfully, I can't see each mail-person sorting thru and throwing out junk mail. This decision would have to be made at HQ levels.

It won't cuz - they make money to support their failing mail system. I think junk mail is probably keeping the mail system from totally folding.

I take the return envelopes - put the ripped up ad in it and mail it back. Let them pay the postage.

I'd rather have a way to stop the "Robo Calls". Even though we are on both our State and National Do Not Call Lists, we still get calls from "You've won a new Ford Explorer" and "We have important news about reducing your credit card interest rates."

I have logged complaints with the FCC and yet the calls persist. When you try to get a human and tell them to take you off their list, they just hang up. Very frustrating.

I think by law the postal workers have to deliver the mail. Now, the person/company who sent it to me, always gets the return mail envelope with their ad in it too. That way I feel like I keep the USPS around.
