didn't read the article did you. It was a solar event that caused the mass exticntion roughly 12,600 years ago.

In the video "Deadmen's Secrets". the narrator refers to areas of obsidian, a crystal, which he claims formed when nuclear weapons were detonated there. He claims that is the only thing which could have caused the deposits of obsidian.

Obsidian is formed during volcanic eruptions, so it does occur naturally through that process. However, it did make me wonder if a solar flare touching ground, could also cause it.

While I don't dispute that they might have been caused by a prehistoric war using energy weapons, I am merely pointing out that there could have been another cause - death by solar flares.
