Don't get me wrong. He seems like a nice enough guy. I just think he has taken what little he knows and is trying to milk it for a lot more than it is worth.

Well this goes back to the 1950's A first world nation was a industrialized nation. Usually they were a NATO member. A second world nation was a Warsaw pact nation. The third world was the neutral nations. In the 1950's many of them had just stopped being colonies. They were undeveloped.

Fourth World-nations (cultural entities, ethnic groups) of indigenous peoples living within or across state boundaries (nation states).

According to this, I would say we are moving more toward Fourth World.

I think they are trying to head us toward zeroth world. I don't think you can "slip" down the scale...

They'd like us to go back to the quality of life of third world, but not the hope of evolving up because we already were there, and blew it. Now we all need to get microchipped and be under drone surveillance and felt up at the airport if you want to go someplace, checkpoints, and DHS has stocked up on hollow-point bullets (that cannot be used against anyone but our own citizens) to show us who's boss.... that's what THEY have planned, but it's not gonna happen...

We're staying first world!! I choose first world problems!!! Did anyone watch the video? I thought it was cute.

But I'm not saying Lindsey's lying about what he says he's been told. I don't know much about this man other than Alex Jones puts him on his show and what he says on his videos.

One thing I always remember him saying "you've got to protect your dinner table".

I think that's good advice.

i have a feeling something big coming but it just hard for me to prepare. I have no money and no job right now so i'm pretty much screwed. I wanted to own a small self sustaining farm also but no money for land. I just don't know what to do; i'm waiting for a huge asteroid to take us all out

Get into shape, start a walking program. Walk your neighborhood. Say hello to everyone you see as you walk your neighborhood. They will remember you and will not freak out when they see you after Srjceahd

You will need these people and they will need you.

Look around your neighborhood, be aware of what resources are there. Make a mental note of anyone with a fruit tree or vegetable garden. If anyone has a garden, get friendly, ask questions, ask if they will teach you about gardening, offer to help.

Learn what wild plants grow on the empty lots and road sides in your area that are edible.

Learn what water sources are in your area. Build a simple sand/charcoal filter before the collapse. You tube has several good tutorials for DIY water filters using cheap materials.

Think ahead to an alternate cooking method after the grid goes down.

If you live in an area where it gets freezing cold in the winter. Plan ahead. Think Eskimo. They survive in the freezing cold, so can you.
