I still think the "victim'"s reaction should come into play in statutory rape cases. What if the kid initiated the sex? What happens then? She still pays the price, I know, under the legal system... but come on. Is that really "justice being served"? Don't you see how this kid could be scarred for life not from the sex, but from the reaction to it? Feelings of guilt over her predicament, etc.

Hey whatever, our laws aren't known for being "compassionate". Maybe we should throw her in the electric chair?

Funny- that is exactly what M7 (Yo Mama) said about his friend who raped an 11 year old girl (he received a prison sentence of 26 years).
