Well, right now, most people make compost for themselves or they sell it to others... Let me guess, the town should do it and start pushing us out of it??

I'm glad they don't make compost, it means they wont be casing normal civilians over it.

for one thing, i think it's a HUGE mistake to ask government to do ANYTHING else, particularly, things that we can do on our own, with very little effort! shame on you for suggesting it.

Hot Springs, Arkansas does, and a mere citizen can buy a truckload for $6, It's very popular stuff. Comes from what the City cuts, I guess (but don't know). Can't help but wonder, how much Round-Up has been sprayed on city properties? Just my immediate concern on what otherwise is valued by organic gardeners and regular gardeners alike, hereabouts.

FACT-The majority of Council produced compost it is all full of weed seed.
These mindless idiots are spreading invasive weed species at an alarming rate.
What do you expect from dumb c**ts that only consider the monetary side of implementing this ecological disaster.
Food scraps etc are very good - Councils creating compost that is full of weed seed (they DON'T screen leaf and garden based compost) is VERY bad!
