So, I did a little searching because I don't know much about West Virginia. I found some interesting stuff. This article is from 2010 about the funding & federal/state government building/projects to West Virginia...as of 2010 10 moved to the Eastern Panhandle.

I forgot to add to my post that you don't get that kind of funding & moving of gov't facilities without sweetening the deal. Wonder what was offered in return for all that. I did find that there are secret service offices in Charleston, but I can't find the link now.

My son, the truck driver, took a video with his i-phone as he drove through the toll. I isolated the frame with the command center. It looks sort of like a mobile home. But it is not a construction office trailer. My son was making deliveries that day at several stops along the Parkway. He saw them deliver one at another toll booth. Then when he saw this one he took the video.
He knows what they are because his father-in-law worked as an electrician building them.

Do you know how much those signs cost? $10,000 per sign to create and install each one. That's a lot of cash for a stupid sign that could have been used somewhere else.

Last Fall, some friends of mine in Seattle were posting all sorts of stuff about seeing government vehicles, DHS, black helicopters, black buses, etc. All sorts of doom theories were spouted.

Go to this old mall and see if there are lights on inside. See if there is any activity.

Just a weird thought on my part.
