NOAA Requests Hollow Point Ammo For The Weather Service (40,000 rounds)
On 9 Aug 2012, the Department of Commerce, for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration by way of the National Weather Service, put out a solicitation for a small variety of ammunition.
The solicitation breaks down the requirements:
16,000 rounds of ammunition for semiautomatic pistols to be factory-loaded .40 S&W caliber, 180-grain jacketed hollow point (JHP).
6,000 rounds of frangible, 125-grain CFRHT .40 caliber.
24,000 rounds of ammunition for semiautomatic pistols to be factory-loaded .40 S&W caliber, 180-grain jacketed hollow point (JHP).
In all, 40,000 rounds of ammunition, and only 500 Transtar II blue 24 x 40 targets are being ordered.
All the ammunition and targets are being spread out over the US to three locations, Ellsworth ME, New Bedford MA, Wall NJ, and St. Petersburg, FL. Only the 24,000 rounds are being sent to Florida, no targets will be shipped there.

If a wannabe weather guy(Kevin Martin) didn't make death threats to NOAA employees this wouldn't be necessary

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
One of the same places, that Obama just signed into law, that says that he can appoint whoever he wants to the position without a senate committee?

RE: NOAA Requests Hollow Point Ammo For The Weather Service (40,000 rounds)
Professional remote viewers predicted coastal doom back in early 2008 to happen between January 2013 - June 2013 for a timeframe...
Follow the link on that thread to both parts of the red ice interview with Professor Courtney Brown and hear the coastal doom scenario for yourself.
Another link on that thread shows the pictures the remote viewers drew when viewing the coastal doom. They were actually viewing to see if there were any noticeable sea level rises from global warming and found the doom in every place they'd looked!
They think it was asteroids which hit the oceans - either multiple or one that broke up. They don't know if any hit the inlands because they didn't set up to view that. They viewed two different timelines because of the multiverse we live in, and the events happened in BOTH TIMELINES - but with different levels of severity.
It is quite compelling, it ties in with the timeline of the NASA solar flare warning. If a galactic core burst does occur from the galactic center devouring that gas cloud it could make these events happen. The pulse(s) sending waves of cosmic dust into our solar system, pushing an asteroid(s) into our area, causing gigantic solar flares.
So yeah, if NOAA is anticipating this they may well be afraid that angered survivors would attack their facilities.

RE: NOAA Requests Hollow Point Ammo For The Weather Service (40,000 rounds)
Ask yourselves why only the east COASTAL facilities are requesting ammo...
Gives some credence also to all the reports we get about people relocating away from the coast.
And - the NASA employee warning videotape that was 'leaked' about the continuity of govt - specifically mentions that people near the coasts have a plan in place.
THEY KNOW. But they're not going to tell because that would cause panic.
They'll reveal at the last possible second with evacuation orders that can't possibly be carried out in time. :^(
