Rep. Ron Barber, a Democrat, asked Big Sis, aka the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, if any terrorists or suspected terrorists ever crossed the southern border. She replied, “Meh. From time to time, but it’s all good.”

I was paraphrasing, but not that much:

At a July 25 hearing of the House Homeland Security Committee, Rep. Ron Barber (D-Ariz.) asked Napolitano: “As you know, Madam Secretary, there have been anecdotal reports about material evidence of the presence of terrorists along our southern border. My question is, is there any credible evidence that these reports are accurate and that terrorists are, in fact, crossing our southern border with the intent to do harm to the American people?”

Napolitano answered: “With respect, there have been–and the Ababziar matter would be one I would refer to that’s currently being adjudicated in the criminal courts–from time to time, and we are constantly working against different and evolving threats involving various terrorist groups and various ways they may seek to enter the country.”

“What I can tell you, however, is that that southern border–the U.S.-Mexico border–is heavily, heavily staffed at record amounts of manpower, materiel, infrastructure and the like, and we are constantly making sure we’re doing all we can to make that border as safe as possible,” she said.

Except basic stuff like building a fence and not arming the drug cartels with weapons bought in America and allowed to walk into Mexico.

But really, it’s safe down there.

Fact is they have DELIBERATELY left the southern border wide open, knowing that Hezzbollah have teamed up with the cartels - and are able to smuggle weapons and personel across pretty much with impunity.

This means they have left an open invitation for Iran to strike the US by proxy - Iran also has many many sleeper cells and longtime regime agents burrowed into US society.

It is a forgone conclusion that they are planning to initiate a fullscale collapse of US society.

Well being here in AZ, every time I hear Nappy talk about how solid the border is I want to pull my hair out...nothing but chatter.

But that's not fair, it's not humane, it's completely f*cking sane though. But then we'd be sued for being racist etc...sorry but if I don't believe in open unfettered borders it's not because I'm a racist, it's because this is the US and I'd like to keep shit out, esp when the head of the DHS tells me there's nothing to worry about...

But if they actually do their jobs, they'll have to shrink the agency, we can't ask for more money if our role is getting smaller.
