and personnel to prove that the trip would be safe, and are not beyond hinting at life on Mars in the past to peak curiosity in the public.

Beyond trying to inspire taxpayer curiosity, so funding will not be withdrawn, the Curiosity rover has a mission not unlike past missions. Will this rover suddenly discover evidence of past life on Mars. That is almost a given, since the elite realize that without avid public interest additional funding for NASA ventures would not occur. Methane gas, which is evidence of bacteria and plant life in the past, will be admitted, though it has been uncovered during past exploration. Glimpses of structures that imply hominoid visitors in the past may also be allowed, and certainly the abundance of water underground on Mars will be confirmed. All to force Obama to provide continuing funding!

The quarantine is to keep humans and the Annunaki from interacting. Since man is limited to the Earth and trips to the Moon, the Annunaki collecting gold from their various mining operations does not pose a problem.

There is a quarantine, imposed by the Council of Worlds, keeping mankind and the Annunaki separated from one another. As is known, the Annunaki are mining for gold on Phobos. The quarantine chased the Annunaki from Earth by a series of mishaps involving bad weather and large predators. Essentially, the Annunaki decided Earth was not a good place to conduct mining operations, and left. Curious man went to peek once before at Phobos and their probe was shot down by the Annunaki. Since the Element of Doubt is to be maintained at present, further curiosity will not be allowed to swing a probe close to Phobos. Rather, a deliberate mishap occurred at launch, near Earth. Is curiosity the intent of this Russian probe? The Russians are hardly curious about the soil characteristics of Phobos, but have a different, dual agenda. They are curious about the intent of the Annunaki, in regard to man.

After avoiding the Face on Mars and other clear indications that there were cities on Mars in the past, why is NASA now encouraging speculation? Is the cover-up over the alien presence about to break?
As can be seen by the rash of private money put into space travel lately, the elite have a renewed concern about leaving the surface of Earth during the passage of Planet X. This hope has not died, though having NASA astronauts make the maiden voyage to test feasibility is the preferred first step. If they survive, then the elite may follow. Given the horrific dust storms that scour Mars, taking refuge in dormant volcanic domes is inviting. But given the global economic depression, there is little interest in funding NASA for such manned exploration, so this group is trying to make the mission sexier. Hey, evidence of the Annunki might be there! Lets go see!

In the late 1990's the elite anticipated assistance from Service-to-Self aliens who had been lying to them about the potential of assistance in their anticipated jump to Mars. When 2003 arrived, the elite were already aware that they had been hoodwinked but the hope of jumping to Mars, somehow, remained. That Mars has water has been confirmed. That it is capable of having an atmosphere, sufficient for hominoid visitors to breath, has been computed and confirmed by the ancient artifacts such as the Face on Mars left by the Annunaki. Those in the elite still "curious" about Mars are those who still hope that the Service-to-Self aliens will relent, and that some bargaining chip in human hands might make the deal. This will not occur, as the Council of Worlds will not allow it, but until the pole shift arrives those holding hope will not give up.

As the close-up photo shows, this can only be a beam made of wood. When the Annunaki inhabited Mars to mine for gold ore, they were presented with a landscape which, as we have stated, had not progressed in evolution past the moss and bugs stage. They were of course familiar with stone and mortar architecture, but the beauty of wood, flowers and the songs of birds was something they had become accustomed to enjoying on Earth. They transported some of this, and whereas the fauna and flora they transported died out as the atmosphere of Mars was lost and the planet cooled, wood can withstand these changes. NASA is aware of the deserted cities left behind by the Annunaki, and does not have the rover traverse that area. But a transport spot will often show traces of the former activity, and this was unexpected!
