At the 2:50 mark of the vid you can see the "object" get brighter when the light on the station comes on. The light from the station is soooo bright it can illuminate an object in space? lol. More nothing from Neumayer, as usual. Since this or something like it gets posted every few months, like it's something EPIC...

If you notice in the video, the lights from the plows are reflecting on the windows in the camera room. The camera is in a building with glass windows, no doubt. When the full moon reflects on the glass, just like the plows, it forms a reflection. Simple!
