I watched Hannity and listened to the tape, he did not say he made it so Obama would not have to give up his Muslim religion, he said he made it easy for him to become a Christian and to not feel like he was turning his back on the way he was raised. It would be difficult for anyone to convert to a new religion and rectify it with old beliefs. It is even difficult to switch from one christian church to another without some serious questions.

Also any good preacher knows he cannot say who is and who is not a christian, that can only be answered by the person in question and in this case that is Obama.

I also learned on that tape that those clips showing Wright screaming "American brought this on themselves" were heavily edited, he was quoting the Iranian ambassador.

Most Shia and Sunni I've seen get along fine together and are free to pray with each other as well. The big Shia Sunni conflict seems to be a fabrication, especially considering Shia are an extremely small population compared to the majority Sunni. It isn't a 50/50 split. Most Sunni muslims seem to support Iranians who are mostly Shia, and don't really care that they are Shia, since believing and worshiping Allah seems to be enough. Maybe the newspapers know more than actual contact with lots of real muslims though.

They are a huge population. The Shia are not a very big population compared to the majority Sunni population.

I've seen Sunni and Shia muslims interact fine with each other.

A real muslim wouldn't dare blow up a place of worship of another muslim, the stuff they claimed is going on in Iraq seems like a serious lie, probably Zionists and Americans doing things and accusing one side and then another trying to divide and conquer.

The reason such things appear fake to one who has studied Islam is because Muslims wouldn't want to risk damaging Qur'ans, and most Sunni I've talked to seem to support Iran and Shia muslims and would never want them to be attacked or harmed or bombed and consider them muslims still.
