it's easy to wait for someone to come save you & easy to blame others or an entire system for our failures. The truth is we need to take responsibility for our problems & that truth will set us free.

I always tell my kids "you have to save yourself"
No one is coming in on a big white horse to rescue you or in space ships to teleport you to safety.

There are so many stories put out on the net to get people to stop trying.

It is up to you to save yourself.

Here is the good news, lots of people have the same goal, working together lightens the load.

At this point I'm not sure that anyone else exists. I think this is some kind of test just for me to figure out. There is no question that whatever it is that I focus on comes into my life.

Dude I was talking about when you are lost in the wilderness or being attacked etc.

People who sit around waiting to get rescued sometimes don't get rescued. If you are getting attacked and don't do something to save yourself you might end up dead.

The other references were to other peoples beliefs regarding needing to be saved by aliens or supernatural beings.

An open mind is required to discern what may not always be obvious.

Nope. Nothing, and no one is coming to save anyone. That's each one's responsibility to do "the work" and figure it all out.
