I actually had to think....Do those security guards at the social security offices have guns? (I think they do!) Also, last time I was in our local office there were TWO security guards. We are talking a very small city here.

Maybe they are getting ready for the riots that are gonna happen when they cut benefits.

The synopsis to the solicitation adds that the ammunition is to be shipped to 41 locations within 60 days of purchase.

so what?
Whats that compared to the hundreds of millions of rounds in private ownership. If they think they stand a chance against the 80 million armed citizens, they got another thing coming. Jptdknpa

Bump

If society fell apart, we - the people would build a new one. Most people are good at their core, and when we see things that are wrong we work to fix them together. Make friends with your neighbors, get involved with your community - because we will rebuild our lives, our communities, from horrible circumstances we always will.

RE: Social Security Administration To Purchase 174 Thousand Rounds Of Hollow Point Bullet
Now it's all starting to make sense. Knowing that the day is nigh at hand that the bottom falls out of social security and the old folks relying on it will be screwed without their entittlements, they need a quick solution to both the impending riots and the oversized retirement population (well oversized compared to what Social Security can realisitically support, not condemning old people).

So just shoot the dissenters. Those that survive Soc Sec funds cutoff, and those that don't riot in the streets will be allowed to collect what's left. Maybe.
