Because TPTB are engineering a societal collapse people. Its comming and wont be long.

Economic, War, False Flags, Corruption, Pollution, Riots, mysterious "man made" Earthquakes, weird weather (tesla techonology), radiation, ocean pollution, animal die offs, bird die offs, chemtrails, food poisoning, GMO, cyberwarfare, banking theft, leaders worshipping moloch simulating child sacrifice, TSA pedophillia, Syria, Iran the list goes on.

Now tell me this isnt planned and that we are not in trouble.

We are definately in the end times and TPTB are creating as much confusion as possible, when they feel they have spread enough confusion they will go in for the kill, and it will no longrr be a slow kill but a rapid one. I can hear people like Corzine (who stole 1.5 billion from peoples private accounts and it was called a Technical Violation) saying, lets just kill the "useless eaters" off before they really wake up.

Killing off those who have chosen ignorance and squallor would be a good thing. Everything in nature needs to be trimmed back sometimes and it looks like humans are in need of a trimming.

You pretty much hit the nail on the head OP. TPTB are hoping for a specific outcome, but it likely will not play out that way. Most likely when our society does finally goes over the edge it will be too much for anyone to contain. But they are clearly steering our society towards destruction.

Our local sheriff is up for re-election.

All over the county he put up these billboards with his picture on it.

The dude is dressed up like he is some kind of Mexican Generalissimo or something.

The only thing missing is the pearl handled 45s.

I'd hate to think that is what the people want.

Yeesh...

more and more people are waking up though. i think sometimes we feel unique, because we have chosen another path for information, and the way we view things around us. but the handwriting really is on the wall, and people are buying up guns and survival gear in unheard of numbers, militias are gaining strength as well, and alternative sites like this attract more and more people
if you look back at most revolutions you will find that only 4% of the population did 99% of the work. that is 10 million people in this country, i believe we have that many right now.

These freaks believe they are going to have a controlled situation on their hands when all hell breaks loose but it will not go according to plan. It will be on a scale they never imagined nor comprehended.

I believe one of the many reasons has to do with the arms industry wanting to make even more money.

RE: O why do the police feel the need to be militarised? Thry never used to be?
Our local police academy says on their website that they are "paramilitary." I understand police orgs are organized internally similar to military orgs wrt titles at least. Guess it's okay if they deal with one another in this kind of fashion but the problem is I don't thinks it stops there and is expressed outwards towards the people they are supposed to serve.

For example the recent shootings in Modesto, CA where a sheriff's deputy and locksmith were killed. The chief and news outlets kept referring to the locksmith as a "civilian." I guess the chief doesn't believe he is a "civvie" though he certainly is. Found this troubling as I know others did.

Modesto is in a county neighboring mine btw and would be considered "local," part of the greater SF Bay Area.

Also in that event there were over 100 leos from several agencies and enormous armored vehicles on the (residential) street (in response to the one holed up guy who had done the shootings.)

It's all part of the plan. Their jobs aren't to protect and serve anymore. That is why they do not consider themselves as civilians. We all are looked upon as being the enemy, we are all criminals guilty of something. That is how TPTB have orchestrated this whole mess. It is all by design. They have intentionally allowed our judicial system to become broken as well to serve that purpose. To breed more criminal behavior that will allow them the excuse to become more militant and to use even more excessive force at will. They are being conditioned to be hired goons for the government. That is their true purpose.

Appreciate your thoughts, WTF, thank you. Very depressing indeed but it is good at least to try to be aware of what is actually going on. It helps to preserve one's sanity at the very least.
