Yes, Blind Prophet is correct. The bill as passed (and upheld by Sup. Ct.) allows a system to be put into place in accordance with Social Security guidelines. It alludes to implantable devices (which seems to mean durable medical devices), but states that an RFID microchip or similar "machine readable" card to access healthcare will be implemented in 2013.
I have details in a similar thread.
It seems clear that a framework is being put into place to mandate an RFID microchip as an identifier and requirement to receive healthcare.

May be a different version than yours(mine is current/reconciled), but page 503 of mine says nothing about RFID, and there is no page 1004.

page 503 of mine(copy of the bill linked above) covers personal wellness plans and reasonable break time for breastfeeding mothers.

It might help if you list sections of the bill instead of page numbers.

What I have read(regarding these issues in Obamacare) is that they do have access to all your records including bank accounts, but they don't need RFID for that.

They can cause you to bounce checks by grabbing money out of your accounts when you have checks outstanding, and screw you every way come sunday WITHOUT the chip.

Your Real ID compliant driver license is the Mark of the Beast. Chip is in your passport.
