It looked like the old goat was feeling her up and she grabbed his hand to make him stop but to keep the thing from escalating into a spectacle she held on to his two fingers tightly so he couldn't touch her again. You can see him trying to pull away his hand and she has a death grip on him.

She kept her cool but he needed a good slap in the face.

Agreed! A good slap on the face would have been more than appropriate. Can't understand the lady. A job is so not worth that humiliation.
