banana Obama: ‘I don’t mind debate’ but no to legalizing drugs....
President Barack Obama continued his opposition towards legalizing drugs, including marijuana, this weekend ahead of the Summit of Americans in Colombia.

“I don’t mind debate around issues like decriminalization,” Obama said. “I personally don’t agree that’s a solution to the problem. But I think that given the pressures a lot of governments are under. Under resourced, overwhelmed by violence, it’s completely understandable that they would look for new approaches. and we want to cooperate with them. I don’t think legalization of drugs is the answer.”

Some day the issue of legalization could become so big it could decide an election. The lobbyists for the Prison Industrial Complex, Big Pharma and even Alcohol Industries knows that time has not yet arrived and will continue to milk the system for all the cash they can milk it for, no matter how many lives are ruined by their effort.

This is a bit surprising to me, I thought Obama was one of those extreme drug-pushers that want to legalize heroin and other hard drugs.

Well of course, if they legalized drugs then they wouldn't be able to fund their black budget operations anymore with drug money.

That's a very conservative viewpoint on drugs and the long-held failed policy. I wonder what the hell got into him that would make him say something like that?

He must be owned. In fact, the Dems might even kick his ass out for saying things like that. That kind of crap belongs on the other side.

deal RE: Obama: ‘I don’t mind debate’ but no to legalizing drugs....
If someone wants to pursue happiness through the use of drugs isn't that their constitutional right ?

Remember - Life, Liberty, pursuit of Happiness.

Also, it could be considered a religious believe by some. Doesn't the bible say that man was given all plants and animals to use ?

In my opinion the same people who want to keep drugs illegal are the same ones that import drugs into US to make money. I think they have infiltrated law enforcement and the judicial system so if any of their dealers get caught, nothing happens. If someone else tries to sell drugs, they go to prison. In this way they can continue to have a monopoly on the drug trade.

By doing both these things, selling drugs and keeping drugs illegal, they enslave people and cause them to have to break the law, either by theft or prostitution, at the expense of the middle class working people.

I think there is a movement on now to prevent people from using holistic medicine. The big pharmacies want to reverse engineer chemicals found in plants that cure diseases (like they use in China) and sell it and make money.

pharmacies could come up with a lesser form of "for example" make lortab2.5/500 over the counter. and the like and regulate it to 60 per month that has to be signed for and that would solve a huge drug problem. must be 21 to purchase.xanax .25 mg otc same rules. marijuana comes in a 5 cigarette pack for 10 bucks plus tax must be signed for must be 21 to purchase. whats the problem? same rules apply do not operate heavy machinery while taking the pills or smoking the weed.

it could be taxed like hell in all 50 states our economy problem would be solved. the stronger shit would just stay the same. if you require anything over 2.5 or .25 or 5 joints then you have to go to the DR. it works for beer and wine and liquor. why not low dose drugs? .

plus all these questions on whether a driver has had too much of any drug should be cut completely out. you can look at somebody and tell if they are stoned. but all this nit picky bullshit, like sobriety tests that even sober people cant pass are bullshit. is someone is slurring or has blood red eyes then yeah sure whatever. test them.

but just because you notice a bottle in their car or a receipt or whatever doesn't mean they are Pablo Escabar's brother. I am so sick of this f*cking bullshit war on drugs. all it is , is all about money. it doesn't take 3 car loads of cops and 5 cops in all to pull over 2 little ole ladies going to bingo just because they have their pills on them and search their car and purses.

f*ck these cops and these laws, and all these better than you mother fuckers that think their money is God over all.

and f*ck these judges that have their little sniffling colds behind the podium and come out and be hypocrites to their own people, while letting their suppliers run free.

and f*ck these cops that pull people over and decide not to take them to jail but to take their drugs instead "just to teach them a lesson" bullshit. those drugs get recirculated and those pigs make money from it by selling to their dimestore whores for herpes-laden blowjobs in the backseat of the patrol car.

f*ck this shit. im so f*cking sick of it.

If he would be 'the president that legalized drugs', the conservatives would have a field day. It would fit perfectly in their narrative that he is only here to destroy America and bring chaos.

Both the Banksters and Pharam industry are with the CFR.

Profit from laundering cash from a percentage of drug sales is far less than what the Pharma industry makes with their poison.

Pharma will still make money if they legalize cannabis. The investment banks go belly-up. But yeah, they're all in swindlers club.
