Obama Campaign Sues To Restrict Military Members From Voting...

Just to clarify: Asking for ID before someone can vote is horribly racist. Making it harder for members of the U.S. military to vote is a-ok.

Obama, like many Democrats, like to say that, while they may disagree with the GOP on many issues related to national security, they absolutely share their admiration and dedication to members of our armed forces. Obama, in particular, likes to be seen visiting troops and photos taken with members of our military. So, why is his campaign and the Democrat party suing to restrict their ability to vote in the upcoming election?

On July 17th, the Obama for America Campaign, the Democratic National Committee and the Ohio Democratic Party filed suit in OH to strike down part of that state's law governing voting by members of the military. Their suit said that part of the law is "arbitrary" with "no discernible rational basis."

Currently, Ohio allows the public to vote early in-person up until the Friday before the election. Members of the military three extra days to do so. While the Democrats may see this as "arbitrary" and having "no discernible rational basis", I think it is entirely reasonable given the demands on servicemen and women's time and their obligations to their sworn duty.

The military tends to vote Republican so of course demorats want to stop them.

They only want welfare trash - welfare offices register voters- illegals,union workers,minorities and muslims to vote.

WASHINGTON (AP) - The Internal Revenue Service delivered more than $5 billion in refund checks to identity thieves who filed fraudulent tax returns for 2011. They estimate another $21 billion could make its way to ID thieves' pockets over the next five years.

In one example, investigators found a single address in Lansing, Mich., that was used to file 2,137 separate tax returns. The IRS issued more than $3.3 million in refunds to that address.

Three addresses in Florida, the epicenter of the identity theft crisis, filed more than 500 returns totaling more than $1 million in refunds for each address.

In one instance, the IRS deposited 590 refunds totaling more than $900,000 into one account.

Thieves are also exploiting vulnerabilities in the way the IRS delivers refunds, investigators found. Of the 1.5 million undetected cases of potential fraud, 1.2 million used direct deposits, including pre-loaded debit cards.

Thieves prefer direct deposits and pre-loaded debit cards to paper checks, which require a physical address to receive the check and PHOTO ID matching the taxpayer's name to cash it.

The Federal Trade Commission has listed identity theft as the No. 1 consumer complaint.

As a retired military member who voted numerous times while deployed, I find this to be treasonous act by the DemocRATs. Denying the military member the right to vote is about as low as you can get but it also goes to show that they are afraid of the military. They know that the military prefers a Commander in Chief who will stand beside them and back them up in times of need. The Dems know that an overwhelming amount of military members will vote for the Republican candidate just so they can get back to business of protecting this nation without worrying about being thrown under the bus for their actions in a time of war.
