Of course they want to disenfranchise the military. The party of a strong national defense has always been the Republican party and therefore a vast majority of military families vote Republican, which helps to prevent the left from reaching their goals of destroying America. We cannot let this happen to our brave men and women in uniform. Where are the other two branches of government when you need them? It's about time the Congress and Supreme Court stopped going AWOL on so many matters of importance to the electorate!
