The only real problem Wisconsin has is the Chicago scum that keeps moving up here for the welfare. They bring their crime, their drugs, trash neighborhoods, trash cities, overbreed without daddies so the rest of us have to pay for their kids as well as our own, clog up the prison system so we have to build more prisons, and the cities begin to rot from the inside out while the liberals keep touting the joys of multiculturalism like a mantra. The crime rates go through the roof, everytime there's a violent crime you know it's one of the newly moved in minorities and 90% of the time it is. They don't want to work, they don't want to keep up their neighborhoods, they don't want to leave their lives of crime and drugs behind them - they're f*cking pollutants on Wisconsin.

If you live in a rural area then you aren't in a suburb. Farmland isn't a suburb. NYC for example doesn't have a single Walmart. It's suburb of westchester does.

Minneapolis MN doesn't have a single Wal-Mart. Just about every small city that surrounds it does though and those small cities immediately bordering it are what's known as a suburb.

A suburb is a residential community within commuting distance of a main city. That is the definition in the United States.( yes there is a difference).
