Why are the Republicans so angry about diplomats and mercenaries in Libya, but they never say a word about all of the soldiers who have died or injured in Iraq or Afghanistan after George W. Bush started wars there?

I watched horrified as the military rolled into Iraq. I figured if there was going to be an end to this world it was happening and it was being televised.

As for war, my parents tried to get me to join the military, for the benefits and all. The GI Bill and the discipline would be good for me. My thoughts as i explained it to them were I am not putting myself into a position where i may have to shoot at or kill another person. Their reply was but there is no war, we are at peace. A year or so later Gulf 1 occurred, I suppose I called that one right.

Every military historian, has shown that from the time of Alexander the great to the USSR every attempted occupation has failed in Afghanistan. At least Alexander was smart enough marry off his Generals into the tribes to get himself out of a war he knew could not be won.

My turn, are you still outraged that Obama not only continued these policies but expanded them?
