Vaguely and even Cliff's web bot have 'seen' a Capitol city of white granite and marble buildings dropping into the earth in a blink of an eye. It could only be Ottawa or DC and my money is on DC.

Forgot to add- this is a 2 year study. So it sounds like they're expecting something to pop there within 2 years. The article is from this year and the installations started this summer.

i'd check the eastern seaboard magma activity before i came to that conclusion. magma is pushing up all over the place, which has been causing crustal displacement in an upward motion. case in point, GOM magma chamber. hmmmm...
