Is this really how it’s going to end for me?
And now my mouth is bleeding… I think I am going insane...

I cant see how a pill can help you deal with what is happening around you?!

Try living your own life for a week (stop being so nice, dont let others pile their probs on you etc), and see if that helps.

As far as I can tell, the only mental illness is giving a shit about other people.

Or just don't give a monkey's flying ass what other people think about you. If helping people is what makes you happy, then do it.

That's a problem in our society - people only seem to do things in hopes of a reward or approval from someone else.

Keep in mind that it is YOUR life - everyone else is just along for the ride, as far as you're concerned.

Do what makes YOU happy. Is it sitting in a bar, talking with the bros and picking up on some fine, slooty tail? Go for it.

Is it planting seeds around your community like f*cking Johnny Appleseed? Go for it.

Think about what you want out of this life, and what you can do to make baby steps towards it.

Rome wasn't built in a day, but was pretty much destroyed at the end of a day.

It's so easy to fall into the precipice of defeat. Don't. Period. It's nearly impossible to come back from that.

As for OP, I really recommend you research natural supplementation in your quest for health improvement.

Supplements like Lithium Orotate and 5-HTP can make a world of difference on your mental health if you're lacking in certain chemicles that your brain is supposed to naturally produce.

Of course, perform some thorough research and take any questions to your psychiatrist.

Even though they'll want to peddle their poison-laced anti-depressants to you, some of them are genuine in providing accurate information for other treatments you may seek.
